Travel Management Terms
These terms govern bookings made through Tripgation for flights, hotels, tours, car rentals, visa assistance, travel insurance and FOREX services. They cover how bookings are confirmed, amended and cancelled, how supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator) terms apply alongside ours, and what happens in case of schedule changes, cancellations or force majeure events. Corporate accounts are additionally governed by the travel policy agreed with your organisation.
Payment Terms
These terms cover accepted payment methods, invoicing and billing cycles for corporate accounts, refund and cancellation charges, currency and FOREX transaction terms, and what happens in case of a failed or disputed payment. Consolidated billing for corporate travel management accounts is invoiced per the schedule agreed at onboarding.
Employment Terms
These terms apply to Tripgation employees and cover the general terms of engagement, code of conduct, confidentiality obligations, and applicable company policies. Specific employment terms are set out in each employee's individual offer letter and employment agreement, which take precedence over this summary. See our Employment page for current openings.
Website Policy
This covers acceptable use of tripgation.com, intellectual property in the site's content and design, accuracy limitations (destination, pricing and availability information can change and is subject to confirmation), cookies and tracking, and limitation of liability for site use. Our handling of personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Hiring Terms
These terms apply when Tripgation engages external vendors, suppliers, freelancers or recruitment agencies — covering scope of engagement, confidentiality, payment terms for vendors, and termination conditions.
