Visa questions, straight answers.

The things travellers ask us most — including the ones with uncomfortable answers, like whether anyone can guarantee approval. (They cannot.)

Frequently asked

Eight visa
questions

Do I need a visa for my destination?

It depends on your passport, the destination and your purpose. Some countries are visa-free or offer visa-on-arrival for Indian passport holders; others need an e-Visa or a full embassy visa. Check the access type on our Visa page or ask our team for your specific case.

How long does a visa take?

Anything from a same-day e-Visa to several weeks for an embassy visa with an interview. The bigger variable is usually appointment availability, not processing time — which is why we say book the appointment first.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No one can, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The decision rests entirely with the mission. What we do is prepare a complete, consistent, well-documented file that gives your application the best possible chance.

What happens if my visa is refused?

A refusal is not always the end. Depending on the country you may reapply addressing the reason, or appeal. We help you understand the refusal and decide the right next step — and an earlier refusal must always be declared in future applications.

What documents will I need?

Typically a valid passport, photographs to specification, proof of funds, employment or business proof, travel and accommodation bookings, insurance and a cover letter — but the exact list is mission-specific. We give you a checklist for your destination.

Do I have to appear in person?

Many countries require biometrics or an interview at an embassy or visa application centre; some e-Visas need no appearance at all. We tell you upfront what your destination requires and arrange the appointment.

How early should I apply?

For embassy visas, start around 8–12 weeks ahead so appointment scarcity does not force a rushed, non-refundable ticket. For e-Visas, well before you book the fare — airlines refuse boarding without the approval in hand.

Can you also arrange flights, insurance and forex?

Yes. Once the visa is confirmed we can arrange the ticket, travel insurance and foreign exchange around your travel dates, all from one desk.
