Coorg Offbeat & Slow Travel — 2N / 3D
Package ID: TG-CITY-001298
Offbeat & Slow Travel · Karnataka · Hill district — An offbeat, unhurried take on Coorg — quieter corners and local rhythm, away from the rush. Kodagu, universally called Coorg, is coffee country in the Western Ghats and the standard weekend escape from Bengaluru — which means Friday and Saturday nights are busy and expensive, and midweek is a different and much better place. The appeal is the landscape and the plantation stays rather than any list of sights: mist, coffee under shade trees, and a distinct Kodava culture with its own food and martial tradition. Two nights midweek beats three at the weekend. Abbey and Iruppu falls are best just after the monsoon; in April they are a trickle and the drive is not worth it. This 2-night offbeat & slow travel package is built around Coorg's real highlights, priced on enquiry and tailored to your dates — the day-by-day below is a flexible framework.

Questions
Package FAQs
When should I avoid Coorg?
Weekends, if you can. It is the standard Bengaluru weekend break, so rates roughly double and the roads fill. Midweek is a noticeably better experience.
Is Coorg good in the monsoon?
It is green and beautiful and the waterfalls are at their best, but leeches are a genuine nuisance on plantation walks and some roads wash out. Late September to October is the sweet spot.
What makes this a offbeat & slow travel package?
An offbeat, unhurried take on Coorg — quieter corners and local rhythm, away from the rush. The theme shapes the pacing and the extras; the sights themselves are Coorg's real highlights. Everything is customisable at quotation.
How is the price calculated?
On enquiry. We price your exact party, dates, hotel category and inclusions; a consultant replies within one working day and no payment is required for a quote.
How do we get there and get around?
Coorg is served by Mangaluru (IXE), 135 km; Bengaluru (BLR), 265 km (rail: Mysore, 120 km). Local transfers and sightseeing are by private air-conditioned car; flights or trains can be added.
