How it is
priced
- A bespoke itinerary is designed to your brief and confirmed on a written quote. The budget we show is indicative until each flight, stay and experience is actually booked — we never present an estimate as a fixed price.
- Because a tailor-made trip involves real research and holds, planning may carry a design or consultation fee, set out before we start and adjusted against the trip where applicable. We tell you the terms before any work begins.
- Availability of specific hotels, guides and experiences is confirmed at the time of booking, not promised at the concept stage — we distinguish clearly between "planned" and "confirmed".
- We describe suppliers by name and standard, not with empty words like "luxury" or "exclusive". You will know exactly what you are getting before you commit.
