Home / Services / Group journeys

Forty people.
One itinerary.
One person
who has it

Moving a group is not moving one traveller forty times. It is blocks, deadlines and a rooming list that has to match the passenger list — held together by a single coordinator instead of a scramble of forwarded emails.

Who travels this way

Four kinds
of group,
one method

Weddings and celebrations

Sixty relatives arriving from four cities into one destination over three days. Coordinated arrivals, a room block that stays together, and one person holding the moving parts.

Corporate offsites and incentives

A team, a schedule and a budget that has to reconcile afterwards. Group flights, a single hotel contract and a rooming list that matches the finance file.

Educational and institutional groups

Students, faculty and a duty of care that matters. Documented itineraries, named contacts and travel that a parent or an administrator can actually follow.

Special-interest and pilgrimage groups

A shared purpose and a fixed set of dates. Transport, stays and on-ground logistics built around the itinerary the group came for.

How it runs

From a rough
headcount to
a held block

Brief

Numbers, dates, budget

We start from the real constraints — how many, from where, by when, and what the trip has to cost — rather than a brochure.

Hold

Blocks requested

We request group air allocations and a hotel room block, and tell you clearly what is confirmed, what is on request, and by when it must be settled.

Confirm

Names against seats

The rooming list and the passenger list are built together, so a bed and a seat exist for every name and the finance file reconciles.

Travel

One contact throughout

A single coordinator for the group before and during travel — not a call centre and a different agent each time.

Honestly

What "held"
actually means

  • Group air fares and hotel blocks are subject to airline and hotel availability and are held only once the operator confirms — we tell you what is confirmed versus on request, and the date by which a held block must be settled or released.
  • Deposits, name-change deadlines and cancellation terms for groups are set by the airline and hotel and are usually stricter than for individuals. We put them in writing before you commit.
  • We do not quote a group discount as a headline number. What a group saves depends entirely on the route, dates and property — we show you the actual fare, not a percentage.

Move a group

Tell us how many and from where.

Send the headcount, the cities and the dates. We will come back with what can be held, on what terms, and by when — in writing, so the group can commit with its eyes open.
