Numbers, dates, budget
We start from the real constraints — how many, from where, by when, and what the trip has to cost — rather than a brochure.
Blocks requested
We request group air allocations and a hotel room block, and tell you clearly what is confirmed, what is on request, and by when it must be settled.
Names against seats
The rooming list and the passenger list are built together, so a bed and a seat exist for every name and the finance file reconciles.
One contact throughout
A single coordinator for the group before and during travel — not a call centre and a different agent each time.

What "held"
actually means
- Group air fares and hotel blocks are subject to airline and hotel availability and are held only once the operator confirms — we tell you what is confirmed versus on request, and the date by which a held block must be settled or released.
- Deposits, name-change deadlines and cancellation terms for groups are set by the airline and hotel and are usually stricter than for individuals. We put them in writing before you commit.
- We do not quote a group discount as a headline number. What a group saves depends entirely on the route, dates and property — we show you the actual fare, not a percentage.
