The exact route depends on the document and destination country. We confirm the correct chain for your case before starting.
Chamber of commerce
A recognised chamber of commerce authenticates the commercial document, verifying the business and the paperwork.
MEA attestation
The Ministry of External Affairs attests the chamber-verified document for international recognition.
Destination embassy
For non-Hague destinations, the destination country’s embassy or consulate provides the final attestation; a Hague apostille replaces this step where it applies.

Timelines and fees depend on the document, the issuing state and the destination — so we quote them for your exact case rather than publish a number that may have moved. What stays the same is how we handle your originals: collected, tracked and returned with every stamp checked.
Processing time
Driven by the document type, whether state pre-authentication is needed, and the destination mission’s own queue. We give you a realistic, dated estimate for your specific documents before you commit — and flag anything that could extend it. We don’t promise a fixed number of days, because the authorities set that, not us.
Fees
Two parts: the government, embassy or chamber fee, as applicable, and our service fee. Both appear on a single written estimate, with no hidden charges, and you approve it before we begin. Statutory fees are set by the authority and can change; we confirm the current figure for your case.
Pickup & delivery
Doorstep document pickup and insured return across major Indian cities, and secure tracked courier elsewhere. Your original documents are logged at handover, so there is a clear record of what we hold from the moment they leave your hands until they are back in them.
Tracking
One named point of contact and a status update at each stage — state authentication, MEA, the destination embassy where required, and dispatch back to you. If a file stalls at a mission, we chase it and tell you where it stands.

Gulf trade & setup
Opening a branch, tendering or trading in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and neighbours usually needs chamber, MEA and embassy attestation — and sometimes a further step at a ministry or chamber in the destination country.
Hague-member business
For most of Europe, the UK and other members, a single MEA apostille on the chamber-verified document is enough, with no embassy step.
