When to go
May to September is the classic season — long days and open Alpine passes, but busy; book early. Spring and autumn are pleasant and quieter; winter brings Christmas markets and skiing. We plan the routing and the Schengen timeline around your dates.

- Currency — the Euro across most of the region, Swiss Franc in Switzerland; we arrange forex.
- Rail — passes and reservations can save time and money; we set them up.
- Schengen visa — apply well ahead in peak season; we prepare and file the application.
