The embassy fee is set by a government. The service centre fee is set by the centre. Nobody discounts either, and any quote that looks cheaper has simply left one out. Only one line on a visa bill belongs to us — so that is the only line we make offers against.

Before comparing visa prices, know which parts are fixed by a government and which are a consultancy fee. It changes what you are comparing.

The line that matters most: government and centre fees are not returned if you are refused. That is why we do not submit incomplete files — a rejected application costs you the fees twice, and the second attempt starts from a worse position.

Group rate from ten
Groups of ten or more on the same trip — weddings, pilgrimages, offsites — move to a per-file group rate. Names can be added until the appointment cut-off.
Corporate annual retainer
Unlimited files across your traveller base at a fixed monthly cost, with passport and visa expiry monitored so a deal never stalls on five months of validity.
Bundle with insurance and forex
Where we arrange the visa, the policy and the currency together, the consultancy fee reduces. One file, one handler, one set of dates that actually agree with each other.
Student files
Reduced consultancy fee on student visas, because the family is already absorbing tuition and a remittance. Admission letter, financial evidence and interview preparation included.
Refused on our file? We redo it free
If an application we prepared is refused, we review the grounds and prepare the re-application at no further consultancy fee. Government fees are payable again — that part is not ours to waive, and anyone who says otherwise is lying to you.
Before you pay anyone
Six red flags
in a visa offer
Visa fraud works because applicants are anxious and the process is opaque. Every item below should end the conversation — with us or with anybody else.
"Visa guaranteed" or "100% approval"
The decision belongs to a visa officer at the mission. No agent, consultant or firm can guarantee it, and anyone claiming to is either lying or describing something you do not want to be part of.
"We have contacts inside the embassy"
This is a claim to influence a government decision. Believe it and you are being defrauded; act on it and you may be participating in something considerably worse.
A price below the embassy fee
If a quoted all-in price is lower than the statutory fee alone, the fee has been left out and will appear later. Compare the total, and ask which components a quote includes.
"We will arrange the documents"
Bank statements, employment letters and hotel bookings that you did not obtain yourself are fabricated documents. Submitting them is fraud, it is detected far more often than people expect, and the ban that follows lasts years.
Cash only, no invoice
A legitimate consultancy issues a GST invoice showing the government fee and its own fee as separate lines. No receipt means no recourse and nothing to show the mission if a payment is questioned.
Pressure to sign today
Appointment slots are genuinely scarce and we will tell you when one is closing. That is a fact about a calendar. It is not a reason to pay a stranger within the hour.
